We are aware that the Duo “Remember me for 30 days” feature isn’t readily selectable when prompted for MFA by some applications.

We are currently testing an updated version of Duo that will provide an easier way to enable the 30-day remembrance. We expect to complete our testing and publish this new Duo experience in Okta by May 12th.
We will send out another communication with detailed instructions and the timing of this change as we get closer to that date.
