Information & Technology Solutions offers several resources to assist you with computing issues.
GETTING STARTED WITH…
Sometimes the toughest step to take is the first one. If you’re having trouble getting started with a Mines computing resource, or if you’d like to know more about a particular concept (like RSS, email, or personal home pages), visit ITS’s Getting Started page.
GUIDES & REFERENCE
The ITS Guides & References page includes documentation on a wide range of topics. Example topics are: setting up your email client. In addition, quick reference guides and handouts are available at the Mines Service Center (CT156A).
MINES HELP CENTER
Open a support-request ticket at Mines Help Center, http://helpcenter.mines.edu, for aid with a wide variety of technology issues. This is the preferred way to request computing help on campus.
USER EXPERIENCE & SUPPORT SERVICES

Various teams within UXSS provide support and services for desktop and workstation computers, teaching labs, and Mines Help Center.
