Service Strategy

 

The ITS Service Strategy team encompasses End-User Support, the Mines Service Center and IT Service Management. The End-User Support team (formerly User Experience and Support Services – UXSS) provides services to help you buy, repair, or replace computing equipment, as well as give you support for commonly used business applications. The Mines Service Center and IT Service Management teams combine to provide both in-person and online support through our helpdesk.

Support for enterprise-wide services such as network, email, web, and other network based applications is provided by other groups within ITS.
