Maintenance schedule for Banner and related systems in October:
- Chisel – Monday, September 30 starting at 8:00 a.m.
Clone Chisel from Production and install Fall upgrades and patches (Enterprise Systems).Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service through Trailhead, BEIS, BDM, TEM and Workflow for Chisel and ODSD/Cognos will be unavailable until the upgrade is complete.
- Development systems – Thursday, October 3 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Apply OS patches in development systems (System Administration).All development/test instances of Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service, BEIS, BDM, TEM, Workflow, UC4, e~Print, ODS/Cognos and Trailhead will be unavailable during this time.
- Production systems – Thursday, October 10 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Apply OS patches in production systems (System Administration).Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service, BEIS, BDM, TEM, Workflow, UC4, e~Print, ODS/Cognos and Trailhead will be unavailable during this time.
