- Production systems – Thursday, April 30, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

- Development systems – Thursday, May 7 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Apply Oracle patches in development systems (Enterprise Systems)All development/test instances of Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service, BEIS, UC4, e~Print, ODS/Cognos and Trailhead will be unavailable during this time.
- Production systems – Thursday, May 14 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
