- Development systems – Thursday, April 2 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Apply OS patches in development systems (System Administration).All development/test instances of Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service, BEIS, BDM, UC4, e~Print, ODS/Cognos and Trailhead will be unavailable during this time.
- Production systems – Thursday, April 9 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Apply OS patches in production systems (System Administration).Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service, BEIS, BDM, UC4, e~Print, ODS/Cognos and Trailhead will be unavailable during this time.
- Production systems – Friday, April 17, 5:30 p.m. until ~ Saturday, April 18, 12:00 p.m.
Install Banner Quarter 1 2020 Upgrade (Enterprise Systems).Banner 9 Admin, Banner 8 INB, Banner Self-Service through Trailhead, BEIS, BDM, UC4, e~Print and ODS/Cognos will be unavailable during this time.
