The below message is valid from Mar 20, 2020 through May 15, 2022.
SUBJECT: Upcoming MultiPass Password Expiration
Dear MINES COMPUTER USER ALTERNATE ACCOUNT,
Your alternate user account password is expiring at DATE/TIMESTAMP.
To change the password, login to an ADIT workstation, press “CTRL-ALT-DEL”, and choose “Change Password”.
Alternatively, you can put in a service request at the Mines Help Center at (type into your browser, minus the spaces) “https :// helpcenter . mines . edu”, and search for “Reset Password Issue”.
