Due to the F5-related issues we briefly saw yesterday afternoon (apps not working properly), we’re needing to apply a vendor-provided patch to the underlying DEV F5 unit. This does require a reboot and, hence, an outage. This has been scheduled for today, Thursday, 8/29/2019, to happen between 11am until 1pm.
If everything proceeds smoothly, we’re expecting the outage to last from around 11ish up until 11:45ish. The extra time we’ve assigned in this maintenance window is in case things don’t run smoothly and it requires extra work to complete this patching process.
