Update: 21 Jul 2021:

Starting at 6:30pm last night, many users were experiencing issues running their Banner jobs— this was related to a hot-fix that was applied after hours, which unfortunately introduced a new issue.

We have investigated the current issue and is now resolved. For jobs that did run and did not produce output; please follow the action steps below to run those jobs again. If your job was to update data in Banner and failed please verify that the data in Banner was not modified before running that job again. If the data was updated and the job did not complete, please submit a ticket that includes the process name.

We need everyone to:

  1. Logout of Banner Admin
  2. Close the browser
  3. Open a new browser (not a tab)
  4. Login to Banner Admin and re-run your job
