ITS: Live Lecture Capture Zoom forums on Thursdays from 9 to 10 a.m.
ITS installed Live Lecture Capture equipment in all classrooms over the summer to provide students with more choices for how to attend lectures. Lectures will be recorded via Zoom using cameras and ceiling microphones to record video and audio. Headsets will be provided to produce supplemental sound reinforcement for those concerned about lecturing with a mask—however, the headsets are not required for Zoom recording.
- We are targeting most, if not all, classrooms to be equipped by the start of school, Monday, Aug. 24.
- Starting now, we recommend you test and familiarize yourself with the equipment in rooms that are complete. The list of completed rooms includes Brown W210, W250 and W280 and Marquez Hall 126 and 108.
