- 4:44 pm: We have narrowed the scope. We have about a dozen buildings down all due to a link failure. We believe we’re going to have to visit each building to reset that end of the link. There are certain kinds of errors that the switches won’t recover from by themselves. Folks are in-route now.
- 6:36 pm: Everything should be back to normal now.
