Changes in ITS services this fall: Enhanced phone and live chat support, in-person service by appointment only

In preparation for the fall semester, ITS has modified our menu of in-person support services to keep us safe and comply with university requirements and public health recommendations.

The Mines Service Center (MSC) has shifted to in-person service by appointment only and now offers enhanced phone and live chat support during business hours to serve our faculty, staff and students. The MSC commons area will stay open 24/7, accessible by Blastercard. For support outside of business hours, you can use the ITS BlasterBot Help Assistant on our website to answer questions and submit help requests.
