Network, Telephone, & Mines Login System Maintenance, 17 Sept 2022
IT will complete scheduled maintenance this Saturday from 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Plan for service disruptions during this time.
We will be performing:
- Mines account login system. Between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, access to some cloud applications including but not limited to Office 365, Mines Email, Teams, Global Protect VPN, will be unavailable. If you are already logged into these services before the maintenance, you will retain access. New login attempts may work during this time. Trailhead, Banner, and Canvas will not be impacted.
- Campus firewalls. This may disrupt internet access and access to centralized services for short periods of time.
- Campus network. This may disrupt wired and wireless internet access on campus for short periods of time.
- Campus telephone system. Between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, campus phones will be out of service. This includes the blue emergency phones. Analog phones on campus, such as elevator phones and red emergency phones, will continue to be operational.

Update (12:20 pm): Our campus telephone system maintenance is taking longer than expected. We are working diligently to have everything back online and operational as quickly as possible. Analog phones on campus, such as elevator phones and red emergency phones, remain operational.
