Starting the week of February 17th, 2020 if end users are not able to successfully authenticate using SSO the quickest work around will be to use Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox and put in a ticket with their internal IT group to ensure the appropriate patches or workarounds from this article have been put in place if applicable. Other workaround options are detailed below but may require intervention in some cases by an institutions IT group.
